SASI Institute of Technology & Engineering

From the Institute's webpage (unaltered):
What began as a small school in with a 9 students in a small village in West Godavari has created a sensation in the field of education by winning national and state awards as well as ranks in JEE-IIT and EAMCET. The very name SASI instills confidence in the minds of many anxious parents aspiring students in and around the Coastal Districts of Andhra Pradesh with its strong roots in West and East Godavari districts is imparting.

SASI has created its own brand image for the values it follows. Sasi Educational Society with its strong roots in West and East Godavari districts is imparting quality education for over 34 years. The total students strength of all the institutions run by the society is about 14000 What began as a small school in with a 9 students in a small village in West Godavari has created a sensation in the field of education by winning national and state awards as well as ranks in JEE-IIT and EAMCET The very name SASI instills confidence in the minds.
Email
I am getting several emails a week (as of 3/30/16) for the IET-IEEE-3rd EEECOS Conference. Although papers from "all the fields of Engineering, Science and Technology" can be submitted as late as two weeks before the conference and "authors (outside India) who are unable to attend the conference can also be present the paper through online," they "will be published by IET and also submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library."

As if that were not enough, SASI is advertising (4/6/16) another conference in June. The proposed content is confusing. On the one hand, "[t]he primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Communication, Signal Processing, Power, Intelligent, Embedded System and Data Analytic." On the other, "[p]apers are welcome from all the fields of Engineering, Science and Technology."

Apparently, this "all of science and technology" conference regardless of the name of the conference is SASI's modus operandi. As of 4/29/16, its "International Conference on Electrical, Electronics, Engineering Trends, Communication, Optimization and Sciences (EEECOS/E3COS)-2016," to be held June 1-2, also is open to papers "from all the fields of Engineering, Science and Technology" -- and "authors (outside India) who are unable to attend the conference can also be present the paper through online (video presentation)."
